Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil and Oregano with Garlic Spaghetti and Olives

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for approximately 9 minutes.
Drain and season immediately with the olive oil of the tuna, garlic cut into very thin slices, black pepper and sliced olives.
Incorporate very well all ingredients
Add a generous quantity of sliced kumquats and hand-cut fresh coriander.
Using a fork, separate the fillets into smaller pieces and incorporate them in the spaghetti.
Depending on your taste, you can add an extra drizzle of olive oil, some flakes of salt and a sprinkle of aged vinegar.
