Tuna Fillets in Spicy Olive Oil served on a Vibrant Salad

This wonderful salad only requires a little bit of work, a knife and good toasted bread to go with it.
So, and following this order:
Wash a large green apple and cut it into strips.
Wash and separate into smaller portions half a bunch of watercress.
Half a red onion cut into thin slices.
Use a grater on the orange peel and reserve the zest of half an orange. Peel it. Cut the pulp into thin half-moons.
Hand-cut the coriander.
It’s time to incorporate all ingredients, adding a drizzle of olive oil, black pepper, flakes of salt and the orange zest.
The mix is ready to receive the fillets, separated into their naturally laminated slices.
Sprinkle with the passion fruit pulp.
And… it’s ready!
